Free-Range Parenting: Building Confidence, Independence, and Resilience

Description: A psychoeducational counseling group for parents to explore how fear, anxiety, societal expectations, and personal experiences influence parenting decisions based on the book Free-Range Kids: How Parents and Teachers Can Let Go and Let Grow. The group will encourage thoughtful discussion about balancing safety and independence while helping children develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and resilience. Open to parents with kids of any age.

Schedule: Thursdays 6-6:45pm, September 24th-November 19th
