Biography:
Mickie is also currently a PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Capella University and works as an adjunct professor at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA. She also serves as the Postpartum Support International Connecticut Chapter Liaison. She is a devoted wife, the mother of four wonderful adults, and a proud grandmother to nine beautiful grandchildren.
When she isn't focused on her work, studies, or research, Mickie embraces life to the fullest. You can often find her lost in a good book or at the gym. She feels a deep connection to nature and loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and their little dog in their RV. Whether hiking, biking, skiing in the winter, or paddleboarding in the summer, she enjoys every moment. Additionally, Mickie has a talent for karaoke, often lighting up a room with her performances of her favorite songs. Her life is a vibrant blend of adventure, fitness, and a passion for learning!
